About

I’m a production artist working between video, animation and design. At university I studied set design and developed my animation practice using 3D softwares Blender and Unreal for VFX. I combined both these elements as I started to produce work for virtual art departments. In my final year I directed, built the assets for, animated and filmed against a green screen to produce my own video production. Through this I got a hands-on understanding of different elements of a virtual production. Since graduating I've reinforced my understanding in professional VFX team environments, shadowing in video design and VFX spaces, learning about LED volumes and how to integrate Unreal and TouchDesigner into this workflow.

Beyond virtual production I have worked as a AV technician in theatre and music spaces working with the more practical aspects of hardwiring a studio, patching lights , rigging / reading lighting plans and working as a projectionist.
